Lovebijoux guarantees that all ordered items and gifts are delivered in strong protective packaging.
We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days of receipt of order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
If you want your order to be delivered sooner, please contact us to arrange alternative postage.
Special deliveries are available on request.
During the week before Christmas, due to high volume of parcels being delivered, we recommend you place your order at least ten working days prior to delivery although express delivery could be arranged.
We deliver during working hours Monday to Friday. Please ensure all addresses are accurate. A re-send fee will be charged for inaccurate posting details.
All UK MAINLAND DELIVERY will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed For post or through Hermes Parcelnet Ltd. at your choice.
*FREE DELIVERY applies only to deliveries in mainland United Kingdom to items above the total PURCHASE amount of £ 40.00 through First Class Signed For Royal Mail post.

Delivery to most European countries starts from £ 9.50 for a small parcel up to 250 grams, insurance cover up to £ 20, delivery times within 3 to 7 days by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Hermes Parcelnet Ltd. at your choice.

Loss or Damage of Goods
Lovebijoux will replace damaged contents or gifts immediately free of charge providing the following:
1.) The carrier and ourselves are informed and it is confirmed to us in writing by the recipient within a reasonable time of delivery quoting reference number on the parcel.
2.) Damaged goods must be retained for inspection. It may be required to be returned to us at our expense before replacement or refund.
3.) All claims must be submitted within 14 days.
4.) We do not accept responsibility for the wrong order or non- delivery resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.
5.) The contents description contains the items which will be in the gifts. It maybe necessary to substitute goods of an equal or higher value, in which case, you will be notified.
Replacements of damaged items are subject to stock availability otherwise a full refund will be issued.
